Omni Health & Fitness Center of Rock Hill, SC is one of a growing group of fitness centers located in the Southeast. The facilities and services at Omni integrate quality fitness instruction and high quality equipment and facilities to improve your health for life.

The Omni Fitness Consultant position is responsible for attainment of personal sales quotas in a manner that fosters member retention. This position involves membership sales activities including, but not limited to the following:

*Generating new membership leads
*Booking and confirming appointments by phone
*Conducting center tours
*Presenting rates
*Asking for the sale
*Handling objections
*Following-up with non-joins
*Servicing members

Requirements for this position include previous sales experience (within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred). Demonstrated experience with establishing and surpassing performance goals and sales quotas. Consultants must convey a professional image and maintain composure while managing customer complaints or concerns. Please note this position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Consultants must be willing and able to work at least 3 evenings per week and rotating weekend days. Keep in mind that you want to work when the greatest traffic is passing through the Center. That is how you earn money!
