Kasey is an IFTA Certified Personal Trainer that has been helping to grow the fitness industry for 6 years! She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Science, and took home the award for Fayetteville's Best Trainer of the Year is both 2018 and 2019!! Kasey is a competitive beach volleyball player whose passion for fitness has helped countless clients come off medications, lose weight, train for upcoming events and even rehab for pre and post surgeries. Growing up and saying she always wanted to be one of those "workout people", Kasey's continuing growth in the evolving world of fitness, has allowed her to share her expertise with hundreds of clients. When she's not training clients, Kasey can be found with her toes in the sand playing volleyball, or at home spending time with her husband and two beautiful dogs!

Trey has a Degree is Exercise and Sports Science, and specializes in Hypertrophy Training. While he is the newest member of the training team here, Trey brings an extremely positive attitude that fuels his clients to be the best they can be! In his free time, Trey enjoys collecting sneakers!
Emily is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. She was a competitive swimmer and softball player in high school and today she focuses on her time in the gym. Emily enjoys weight training and HIIT style workouts best. During her down time Emily enjoys eating, camping, fishing and skiing, a well as four wheeling during the fall!

Terra is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. She has been in the health and fitness industry for 22 years, and is also Prior Law Enforcement and an Air Force Veteran. Terra enjoys training clients on all fitness levels, and is currently training herself for her first Figure Competition!

Jon is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. His favorite methods of training are muscular endurance, with strength training coming in at a close second. When not at work Jon enjoys listening to music and reading books, enjoying a plethora of genres! A firm believer in mind over matter, Jon is a strong advocate of training the mind as well as the body when in the gym!
